Young Adults
Young adults that I work with are usually dealing with:
Feeling anxious and overwhelmed while trying to balance school, work, or relationships.
Struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, or the fear of not being “enough.”
Carrying the impact of emotionally immature parents and always feeling like the caretaker, the “strong one,” or never truly seen.
Difficulty setting boundaries without guilt, especially with family or close friends.
Overthinking every decision and getting stuck in cycles of comparison on social media.
The lingering effects of trauma or childhood experiences that still shape their adult relationships.
Wanting deep connections but fearing rejection, abandonment, or conflict.
Feeling exhausted from people-pleasing and having a hard time putting their own needs first.
Wrestling with the pressure to “have it all together” while silently struggling.
A constant loop of worry that they’ll repeat unhealthy family patterns.
