I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. It’s not just about scheduling an appointment, it’s about finding someone you feel comfortable with, who understands you, and who can support you in meaningful ways.
That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This time allows us to connect, talk through what you’re looking for, and see if my approach feels like a good fit. While I bring my training and experience to the space, what matters most is that you feel safe, included, and valued.
If we decide to work together, we’ll discuss session fees and options with transparency, so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to make the process clear and supportive, from the very beginning.

Absolutely! I understand that cost can be a barrier to accessing therapy. I offer several payment options to make therapy more affordable. Based on availability, I reserve a couple of sliding scale slots which we can discuss during the free consultation.
Many Insurance companies provide some level of reimbursement for out of network providers. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, though I can't guarantee they will reimburse you. I have also partnered with Mentaya and Thrizer to help you get the most out of your out-of-network benefits.

Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible, if so, what is the amount and have I met it?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I am able to use? If so, what is the limit?
What do I need to do to make sure that out of network services will be covered
